Havertown, PA – The rhythmic heart of Havertown comes alive on the 4th Tuesday of every month in 2024 as the Kelly Center hosts the Havertown Drum Circle. This free event promises an evening of rhythm, connection, and pure enjoyment from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Led by Drum Circle Facilitator, Tim Simmons, participants are invited to join in the communal experience of drumming. Drumming together creates a harmonious blend of heartbeats and breath, fostering community bonds and inspiring meaningful connections. The event is open to all, regardless of drumming experience, with Tim providing some drums for use. Feel free to bring your own percussion instrument—whether it’s a drum, pots and pans, wooden spoons, or even buckets; all are welcome!
This community-centric event not only promises an exciting evening of rhythmic exploration but also serves as an opportunity to support the Kelly Center. While attendance is free, donations to the Kelly Center are appreciated to sustain such enriching experiences.
For those aged 21 and above, a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) policy adds to the relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. Doors open at 6:30 PM, allowing attendees to settle in and prepare for an unforgettable night of music and camaraderie.
