Kamloops Symphony is set to enchant audiences with its upcoming concert, “The Red Violin,” featuring the illustrious Canadian violinist Lara St. John. Lara St. John’s musical journey began at an astonishingly young age, as she picked up the violin at two. Her debut as a soloist with an orchestra at the tender age of four marked the inception of a remarkable career. St. John’s European debut at ten solidified her status as a prodigious talent in the world of classical music.
A Juno Award winner in 2011, Lara St. John’s contributions to society and her innovative approach to music have earned her a well-deserved place in the Order of Canada.
