This marked the 21st time that Rochester welcomed this prestigious event, and it may well be the last of its kind in the city’s history. The reason behind this bittersweet farewell is the consolidation of two prominent drum corps organizations, with DCA set to merge with Drum Corps International, headquartered in Indianapolis.
