The Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District recently hosted a “Meet The Instrument Night,” where third and fourth grade students had the chance to try out a variety of band and orchestra instruments.
The event provided a hands-on opportunity for young students to discover which instrument might be the perfect fit for them in the coming year. From flutes to violins, students tested out different instruments under the guidance of middle and high school band and orchestra members, who volunteered to demonstrate and teach.
This initiative aimed to introduce students to the world of music and help them make informed decisions about their musical future.
