Nandi Bushell has taken her musical talents to a whole new level. The 14-year-old drum prodigy recently shared a TikTok video of herself playing the drums to Led Zeppelin’s iconic track “Good Times Bad Times”—and she’s doing it in high heels.
Tackling the legendary John Bonham’s drum parts is a challenging feat (Bonham was ranked as one of the top drummers of all time by Consequence), but Nandi goes above and beyond. She manages the bass drum with impressive accuracy, all while rocking a pair of stilettos.
The video also teases Nandi’s upcoming single, “The Only One,” which is set to be released on March 3, 2025. Her caption reads: “‘The Only One,’ my next single – 3rd of March 2025! Until then, enjoy me performing one of the greatest rock songs ever, ‘Good Times Bad Times’ by @ledzeppelin in gold high heels.”
Nandi’s journey has been closely followed by Consequence since she was just a kid, and we named her our 2021 Rookie of the Year after she made headlines with a drum-off against Dave Grohl and co-wrote a song with Tom Morello.
Not only is Nandi a drumming sensation, but she also plays guitar, bass, saxophone, keyboards, and is a skilled vocalist. Her upcoming single, “The Only One,” follows her previous releases “Sweet Nightmares” and “The Shadows.”
