Praised as a ‘beast on the keyboard’ by The Utah Review, pianist Sergey Belyavsky has captivated audiences worldwide with his exceptional talent. Bachtrack has lauded him for demonstrating “extraordinary expressive intelligence,” while he’s been described as “one of the best pianists in the world today.”
Sergey’s career as a soloist has seen him perform at prestigious venues such as Victoria Concert Hall in Geneva, Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City, Carnegie Hall in New York, and Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth, among many others.
He has also collaborated with internationally acclaimed orchestras including the Utah Symphony Orchestra, the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, the Swiss Romande Orchestra, the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, and the Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
With a career marked by numerous accolades, Sergey has earned recognition in over thirty prestigious international piano competitions, winning notable awards in events such as the Gina Bachauer Competition, the Liszt Budapest Competition, the Liszt Utrecht Competition, the Maria Canals Competition, and the Sydney International Piano Competition.
Sergey Belyavsky will perform in Marbella on Saturday, March 1, at 8 p.m., as part of the International Piano Competition at the Teatro Ciudad de Marbella, located in Plaza Ramon Martinez.
